My last blog...don't worry I will be at UD for 3 more years!!!
It's been a long time since I've written a blog and this will be officially the last one. The semester started a week ago and I already have a lot of stuff to do! I can't wait for the semester to end. I thought this semester was going to be a little bit easier but it seems a bit more difficult of what I expected. I am taking 3 classes and two of them are about numbers and all that fun stuff that isn't that fun for me. I just have to work harder but it will be fine as long as I practice a lot!
I can't believe it is about to be a year since I graduated and I can't complain, I am doing great! I have an amazing job and I love being part of the MBA program. What is next for me? I will be going to law school fall 2008 and can't wait to start. In terms of location I am not sure yet. I am applying to the UD law school and if they pick me I will definitely stay. I don't find any reason to leave Dayton at the moment. I love this place and being a student here. A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit some law schools with my mom and it was very different from what I am used to see at UD. People here are nicer and we have a great community. Leaving UD to go to another law school would be the biggest mistake that I could make for my education and even life!
Everything else in my life is going pretty good. I am living in the same place as last year (UD Housing Plumwood) and I love it! It's a great building and extremely quiet! Perfect for studying. I go out once in a while but it's not the same thing as when I was an undergraduate. I like relaxing, watching a movie, playing some tennis, SLEEP, and basically just having quality time for myself! Don't get me wrong I do go out and enjoy being with my friends but classes & work are demanding and you just want to relax as much as possible. Right now I have two priorities, finish my MBA and law degree and that's it! Other people are thinking about getting married and stuff like that but I have another agenda. I will graduate from law school at the age of 26. I truly think I will have plenty of time to find that special someone. I am young! Right now that special someone is UD! Jejejeje!
I'm still in shock that this is my last blog. It has been a great opportunity to write about my different experiences in our campus. I hope I was able to help some of you when trying to find a reason to choose our university. This campus, our people, students, faculty, buildings, everything has been part of my life and I am very happy that I still have three more years of this wonderful place. I know that if you choose UD or are already here your experience will be as fascinating as mine! Good luck & Go Flyers!!!!!
