Enjoy College!
What can I say; I am having the best summer ever! Yes, I am at UD but having a fabulous time. I've been doing lots and lots of stuff! I am also living in Stuart Hall. It is a big change from living in Plumwood Apartments (owned also by UD, Grad Housing) but dorm life isn't bad at all. I don't have to clean as much as I do in an apartment!
This Friday I will be going to NYC with my best friend, Helen. I am very excited and looking forward to this vacation. We plan to go everywhere! We might even go to a Yankee's game! I am so happy and I can't wait. I really love NYC and always have a great time every time I go there.
Right now I am 22 years old and it's a period in which I should enjoy my life as much as I can. A lot of people around my age are getting married and for me that is just crazy. I hope that I don't offend anyone but I don't think that we are prepared. It is a time to get to know you and develop your education and professional life. Don't get me wrong I do want to get married but not during my 20's. The way I feel is not the norm but I guess it has to do a lot with how I've been raised. I love being independent and trying to figure out stuff myself. However, this doesn't work for everyone and I respect that. I guess what I am trying to say is enjoy college!
