Emissaries meeting with Dr. Curran & summer @ UD! yeay!

One of the best things from being a President's Emissaries these past three years has been the opportunity to once in a while have a meeting with UD's President, Dr. Daniel J. Curran. This past week the Emissaries had a meeting with him about the situation over at Virginia Tech. He wanted to know how we felt and what things we thought our university should do in case of an emergency. It was a great meeting and all of us enjoy that he sets some time apart to meet with us and ask us how we feel about everything that is going on in our university.

Besides this meeting, classes are going well. Grad school is a little different so my classes are already over and next week I have one exam, presentations, and the following week I just have to turn in one essay and that's it! I can't wait for this semester to be over!

Good news....I have changed my plans & decided to stay this summer at UD, I am very excited and looking forward to it!. However, I will still be doing some traveling! At the end of may I will be going to NYC to spend a couple of days with one of my best friends. The rest of the summer I will go to PR once in a while to visit my family & friends! I am so happy and can't wait!


We finally have an awesome weather!!!! Everyone is spending time outside and it's just perfect! You see people playing cornhole, sitting outside, it's just amazing! I wish I had a balcony at my apartment!
