Amazing summer at UD!

No doubt this has been the best summer I've had at UD. A couple of weeks ago I went to NYC and had a fabulous time with one of my best friends, Helen. We went everywhere and got back to Dayton exhausted.

Right now I am taking an MBA class and it's pretty good. There is a lot of material to read but I love the class. It's more like a business law kind of class which will help me a lot when I enter law school next year.

I also got very good news this past week from UD housing. I am currently living in Stuart Hall for the summer. I guess it's ok but when you used to live in an amazing apartment it can be a little bit difficult to try to adjust. However, housing told me that I can move in back to my apartment in Plumwood next week! I am so excited and happy! Mostly because I have A/C at the apartment.

In other news, my mom is coming to visit me to Dayton in the summer! I am very happy and excited. It's always good to have your parents come to town and help you buy stuff and drive you around! =)

I have to say being in Grad. School is amazing and so different from Undergrad. I am really loving it. Also, I have finally decided what master's program to do and I was accepted to the MBA program. I enjoy being part of the school of business and I know it's the right decision. A lot of people have questioned why I want to do an MBA and not start law school now. The way I see it is the more education and preparation I have the more flexibility I will have in terms of looking for a job. It will also make me more prepared and people would want to hire me!. Well, that's what I expect to happen!
