Extracurricular Activities: I am an officer for The Council for Exceptional Children and love to volunteer for the Special Olympics. I am in Best Buddies and love my buddy Fatima! I am a member of the Greek Olympics committee, in the sorority Pi Beta Phi, and in the professional fraternity Epsilon Delta Upsilon. I am involved in the Struggling Readers Study at Kettering Middle School. I also work at a healthcare agency, tutor a boy with autism and babysit.

Why UD?: To be honest, I had never heard of UD until senior year of high school. My Dad was on a business trip and stopped by UD because we had received numerous letters from alumni telling us all about the school. He took lots of pictures and gathered enough information about the school to convince me to visit. I had a wonderful experience when I came to visit UD that next month and knew that this is where I was meant to be. My decision was later solidified with a second visit to campus organized by UD for me to stay with an upperclassman from near my hometown. Although I came without anyone from my high school I quickly made friends and could not be happier with my choice of coming to UD.

Favorite Place to Go in Dayton: Starbucks : )

Favorite Place to Study: I enjoy going to the Law Library because of the cozy setting and environment conducive to studying.

Favorite Thing to Do When You're Not Studying: I enjoy spending time with my friends and participating in the many events going on throughout campus on weekends.
