Tomorrow is Stander Symposium. According to the Stander website, the Stander Symposium celebrates academic excellence, rich collaborations and many forms of intellectual, artistic, and spiritual growth. The Symposium is in honor of the late Bro. Joseph W. Stander, S.M., Professor of Mathematics and Provost. I will not be student teaching because I will be presenting my thesis during a poster session. This will be my first poster session and I believe that it is a great experience to help me know what to expect with future research.

Yesterday I picked up my printed thesis! It was very exciting to see it in final and printed form. Thank you Dr. Tillman (my advisor) for all of your support and guidance. My final product would not have been possible without you.

I have spent the past few weeks overwhelmed with thoughts about Korea. I have been filling out the initial forms due to Fulbright and my Korean Rosetta Stone arrived in the mail today. The language seems very complex now, but I am confident that I will be able to learn it over time.

As for now, I am going to try and watch Lost with my roommates. Every week I feel more and more lost. I will probably just play on Twitter instead. Tweet Tweet Coryn!
