If you were strolling down Evanston Avenue yesterday afternoon, you would have seen a group of 6 girls looking ready for a banquet. That was just my house...taking our yearly roommate picture.

Our resident photographer, Mark, came over to take pictures of us posing inside and outside the house. We need a variety of pictures to select the best one that we want to make into a poster. (There's a photo poster sale going on right now at winkflash.com) Last year, it was easy to pick everyone's favorite picture. We tried to recreate it, but that didn't really work. I'd like to say we could just use last year's picture, but after losing the fireplace and a roommate, it just wouldn't be the same.

I loved people's reaction when they would walk into our old house for the first time. With the picture over the fireplace, it really made it seem like a home.

Every campus house has its own way of decorating. My house loves pictures, so hopefully soon we'll have a sweet poster of us up over the TV. Other houses prefer movie posters or street signs. However you want to decorate is up to you, just as long as it becomes home!
