My senioritis is out of control

I am completely out of control this semester; I have lost all ability to do all of the work that is assigned to me! The classes that I am doing the best in are actually the classes that I was dreading taking, History, Philosophy and Religion. Senior project is an exception to this list, I was really looking forward to taking this class and I am loving it. My team is just had a design review with our client, this was a meeting where we discussed our current findings and improvement opportunities that we have observed this far, and it went really well. Before our design review we had to also present our findings to our advisor and he really seemed to be impressed as well. Our team has really been working hard and our goal is to complete our project before Thanksgiving break, actually way before that, because we were informed that no team has every been able to do that, I know we can do it!!! I also had my first test of the semester last week which went fairly well, we have a professor that is new to the university so now we know how he will grade and what he expects next time.

In two weeks we will have a Fall break, similar to Spring break, and my girls and myself are going to New York for the week. I finally saw, and own, the movie Sex and the City and it really inspired me to go to NY and have lots of fun with my friends. My friend from high school lives there so the rest of us are really fortunate to have her to stay with instead of getting a hotel since that can be so expensive. I am so excited to say the least, my trip to NY this summer was so short but this time we will be there for 5 days so that will be plenty of time to get into some shopping trouble which is my main objective!
