Transcription!
Today, I interviewed another student for Flyer News. This is my first time interviewing UD people. Last year, I did not have much time with the Flyer News. I was tremendously busy with my schoolwork.
Thanks to my Father, who gave me a HD camcorder for my birthday. My HD camcorder is surely one of the kind and affordable. My HD camcorder does not just do videos, but also photos, music player, and voice recording.
So today, I bought my camcorder to my interview. I used my camcorder to record me voice and my interviewee's voice. Voice recorder does come in handy.
I went back to my room and started working on transcripting my interview. Transcripting is a type of writing that requires you to listen and to write/type down what you heard.
It took me an hour to do exact word for word, just for three-minute interview.
Such a long time!
Now, I'm back to my busy schedule of academic work!
