Fall Break!

Today, I'm done with classes. The fall break started right after I got out of my last class of the day. It is going to be one long weekend.

I found out that my coworker is sticking around for one more day. I told him that we should go to Wah Fu to order Chinese take out.

Yes, Wah Fu. Many of my friends know that I love Wah Fu so much because Wah Fu is the closest thing to home.

My heritage is Filipino. I used to eat Filipino food whenever I am home. Even Wah Fu is Chinese, some dishes from the Filipino culture are somehow similar from the Chinese culture. Sweet and sour chicken for example does exist in Chinese and Filipino. I have been to China. So I have tasted their sweet and sour chicken, which is wayyy too much different than Chinese dishes that are made in America. Filipino's sweet and sour chicken dish is very different from other cultures.

I wish I can explain more but I wouldn't give away my family's recipe of sweet and sour chicken.

My coworker and I ordered our food and went back to UD to watch Kung Fu Hustle.

I am way too tired to work on my homework. Maybe I will work on my school work tonight, even today is the first day of fall break.
