The Last Saturday
I'm writing this now because honestly, I'm probably not going to have as much time next week with the craziness of finals and it being the LAST WEEK of my SOPHOMORE year of COLLEGE (I hope using caps lock just now helps emphasize that better). Anyway, I intended on studying all day, but that clearly didn't happen for many reasons.
Reason #1: My mom came today and we packed up the car with a bunch of my stuff so it won't be as hectic on move-out day.
Reason #2: It was GORGEOUS outside so I went for a run with Kelly instead.
Reason #3: I spent time with the loves of my life (a.k.a. Alyssa, Christin, Elizabeth, Jessica, Kelly, Melissa, and Sarah), and we reflected on how much fun we've had this year.
Reason #4: We had our last IHOP of the semester (it stands for Intense Hour of Praise and it's one of the things I do with Catholic Life) and it lasted about 2 hours.
Reason #5: Melissa and I went outside to study but watched a wonderful spring rain and induldged in deep conversation instead.
Reason #6: One of the Marianist houses this year is having a party tonight and I'm probably going to go over there in about 15 minutes so I can see everyone one last time.
Reason #7: it's my LAST SATURDAY at UD for a few months, I can't stay inside and do work!
