My last semester at UD begins in less than a week...!

Well, classes start in less than a week and I still don't know which ones I'm taking for sure. I feel like this is very common among seniors. There are so many options open from being done with most gen ed requirements that I feel almost overwhelmed by my options and can't decide which classes to take. Also, I feel like within my major (psychology), I've taken most of the classes in that discipline so it is slim pickings when it comes to taking something in that area. Which is why today I decided that I am going to take beginning guitar! I figured I might as well take some more fun classes while I have the chance. So now my schedule for next year is really a "true senior schedule." Wine tasting, step aerobics, and guitar. Could it get any better than that? Okay, I'm kidding just a little...those aren't the only classes I'm taking. I'm also taking another upper-level psychology course, an English course (although we do get to watch films during it!), and an upper-level religious studies course. This is the perfect example of the benefits of getting required classes out of the way as soon as possible. By the time you reach your fourth year, "senioritis" kicks in and taking a large load of challenging classes is the last thing you want to do. Don't get me wrong, I love challenging classes, but like I said, I've done most of them that pertain to my major already...it's time to get creative and make my last semester at UD memorable and fun!
