Last Semester

I would first like to say sorry for not posting as much but I have been dedicated to doing my video blogs and make sure they are of high quality. On a lighter note, A few weeks ago I started my last and final semester here at UD. It is a time filled with mixed emotions, both sadness and happiness. My time spent here has been magical to say the least and the people that I have met here have changed my life. I am proud to use the clich? of people here are the nicest people in the world.

My past few weeks here have been spent waiting excitedly for responses from the 9 schools that I have applied to for graduate school. Against my parents best wishes I did indeed apply to the University of Dayton because to be quite frank, a few more years here will do me good. As my stay here is coming to a close I find out an interesting fact that all of my roommates except for me are staying at the University. I find this not only interesting but understandable to say the least. I speak for them when I say that being here gives us (the students) a good balance of being kids while practicing to be adults and I quote, "why should we leave?"

In other news I am happy to say that my birthday, the big 22 is coming up tomorrow. Due to last year's festivities, a large party is not going to happen but a party, nonetheless, will happen. I will keep you all posted on what transpires and I will keep you updated here in the near future about the outcome of where I will go for my graduate studies. Good day to all.
