New found indulgence
With the help of a few of my Cincinnati and Dayton friends, I have come to find a new form of indulgence - Graeter's ice cream. This is a local chain that started in Cincinnati which sells premium ice cream. They take their production process very seriously and meet high quality standards. The result: rich creamy ice cream of several different flavors. There is a Graeter's conveniently located a couple of miles from campus in Oakwood. I have only been there twice and have gotten chocolate raspberry chip both times. It is really phenomenal - one of the few kinds of ice cream in the US that comes close to what you get in Italy or Argentina. With regards to my Cincinnati friends, my love for Graeter's makes up for my indifference towards Skyline.
The arrival of Easter break, even though it is short, is very exciting. I'm planning on catching up on my work and visiting my sister and nieces and nephew in Minnesota. Should be a good time.
